Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their reservation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A cancellation fee of 30% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time. No refunds will be issued if cancelation is made before 2 hours of the pickup time.
Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed up to one standard-sized carryβon bag.
Child Policy
Children under the age of 5 must travel with an appropriate child seat, which can be requested at the time of booking at no extra cost. Children older than 5 but under 12 should use a booster seat. Parents/guardians are responsible for securing their children safely.
